Shipping is FREE on all domestic orders above $150.
For domestic orders under $150, shipping costs $9.99.

Expedited shipping is available for domestic orders at an additional cost.

•Three-Day shipping is $25

•Two-Day shipping is $35

•Next-Day shipping is $55.

These delivery times do not apply to weekends and holidays.

Processing Time:

Once an order is placed, the processing time can vary. It can take up to 3 - 4 business days to process orders without prescriptions. For orders that include a prescription, processing takes between 5 - 7 business days.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is placed, we will send you the tracking information via email. You can use the tracking number to check on your package. Feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.

What are the international shipping fees and import duties?

Shipping to Canada: $19.99

Shipping fees to France, Ireland, Italy, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand is $25.99

Shipping fees to Japan, Saudi Arabia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Monaco, Netherlands, San Morino, Switzerland, Vatican City and Mexico is $39.99.

In some cases there are additional taxes and duty charges assessed by the local custom authorities. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with customs and duties policies applicable to your country before making a purchase.

1. What does my purchase include?

When you order frames from Vint & York, your purchase will include the following:

• High-quality eyeglass frames

• Single-vision polycarbonate lenses with UV coating, anti-reflective coating and anti-scratch coating. (For most prescriptions, exclusions will apply.)

• Premium case and packaging with cleaning cloth

• Free shipping on domestic orders over $150.

All frames are covered by 1 year limited warranty.

2. Do you offer progressive or bifocal lenses?

At this time, we are happy to offer Premium Progressive Lenses - available with most of our optical frames. You can customize your lenses options during the checkout process. Vint & York uses HD digital free-form progressive lenses that are custom made for each customer with consideration of their prescription details and choice of frame.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your purchase with the following methods:
Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, ShopPay, FSA/ HSA Accounts connected to the Credit Card.

6. How long will it take for me to receive my finished prescription eyewear?

Most orders leave our facility within 5 to 7 business days, plus the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your order. (Expedited domestic shipping is available if you need your frames ASAP.)

7. How does your warranty work?

We provide our customers with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase on all frames purchased through our site. This warranty covers normal wear and tear of the frames. Lenses, hinges, and nose pieces are not covered under this warranty. If you decide to fill your lens prescription through a third party, your frame will no longer be covered under our warranty. Customers are entitled to (1) warranty replacement per frame.

8. How do Vint & York frames compare to brand-name frames?

The quality of our frames is comparable to the high-priced brand-name frames you see in eyewear boutiques. We handpick the materials for our hipster, retro, and geek glasses for men and women and use only the highest quality celluloid acetate and nickel-free metal. Our designers choose the unique color combinations and textures and are not afraid to apply new materials to the classic timeless styles. All frames feature reinforced temples for comfort and to allow for frame adjustment for custom fit. Our materials are eco- friendly and animal-friendly. We don’t use the real wood or real animal products.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the eyewear purchased from Vint & York and strive to make the return process as easy as possible.

For all returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs. Customers may choose to request the label from our customer support ($8.99 will be deducted from the refunded amount)

We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee for most of the orders placed through vintandyork.com*.

Please note:

Glasses fitted with any upgraded lenses including blue light, ultra thin (1.74), photochromic, progressive, RX sun lenses, polarized, bifocal lenses, digital custom lenses or other types of custom lenses are not returnable.
Items discounted 25% or more are FINAL SALE and are not returnable.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.

Please email support@vintandyork.com to initiate your return. Returns made without prior authorization will be refused. Returns have to be shipped by the customer within a 3-5 day window of the return authorization. All merchandise being returned must be in its original condition accompanied by a complete set of the original packaging. We will process your refund within a period of 4-8 business days of receiving your return. Shipping fees are not refundable. After a period of 15 days of the customer receiving the order (when the returns window has expired), all sales are considered to be final. For all international returns, customers will be responsible for covering the costs and fees associated with the return shipping. Restocking fee of 10% will be applied to returns exceeding 3 frames (glasses).
