How to Start a Return
Our return process is simple and designed to be straightforward.
What Can Be Returned
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Vint & York eyewear is right for you.
Eligible items may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment, provided they are in original condition and include:
• Eyewear case
• Cleaning cloth
• Any included inserts or accessories
Items showing signs of wear or incomplete packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving return authorization.
Prescription & Custom Lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-made specifically for you and are not eligible for return.
If there is a manufacturing issue or prescription error, we will gladly remake your lenses at no additional cost. If you experience fit or comfort concerns, please contact our team and we’ll help determine the best solution.
Custom or upgraded lens options include:
• Blue light lenses
• Ultra-thin (1.74) lenses
• Photochromic lenses
• Progressive lenses
• RX sun or polarized lenses
• Bifocal or digital custom lenses

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

If you have questions about returns, fit, or choosing the right frames, our customer care team is always here to help.
We currently process returns for refund rather than direct exchanges.
If you would like a different style, color, or size, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been initiated.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return has been received and inspected.
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Gift cards are non-refundable
• If you request a prepaid return shipping label, an $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Items discounted 30% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Items discounted under 30% remain eligible for return within our 15-day window unless otherwise noted.
To maintain fairness and pricing stability for all customers, a 15% restocking fee will apply if:
• Four (4) or more items are returned from a single order or multiple orders
• Four (4) or more items are returned within any 30-day period
The restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
